Balance + Beauty Reviews

I had the absolute best facial experience at B+B! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was beyond beautiful, relaxing, and so inviting. The staff was incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive. Melissa is the sweetest and was amazing — so knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely passionate about skincare. She took the time to explain everything and customized the treatment perfectly for my skin. I left feeling refreshed, glowing, and completely pampered. You can truly tell they care about their clients and creating a top-notch experience. Highly recommend — I can’t wait to come back

Had my first facial in well over a decade and wow, I’ve been missing out! Everything about this space was so beautiful and intentional. Loved the music (think top 40 hits but as soft instrumentals), the wall art, the light fixtures, the wall paper. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The treatment room was cozy, and I loved the products! I’ll definitely be back!

Loved my facial! First one ever and I’m addicted! Melissa is the sweetest and very knowledgeable and professional! She made recommendations for my facial routine and I’m loving the products she suggested!

I had the classic facial and it was so relaxing and enjoyable. She discussed issues she saw and made recommendations. It really made my skin look so much better. I have scheduled another facial for myself and my daughter as well.

Beautiful space! Wonderful women!!! I am very impressed by Melissa and her space along with her menu. My brow wax was perfectly detailed oriented, quick, and efficient but certainly not rushed! I am so thankful for the opportunity to receive facials, waxing, and the like with such a gem right here in town!!! 10/10!!
